Lynn Mussatt is Vice President of Business Operations at CarMax, where she has served for more than 25 years. She leads a team that supports the complexity of operating more than 230 stores across 41 states, ensuring that all associates can deliver an iconic customer experience while maintaining compliance in a highly regulated industry. Lynn is proud to support a team of over 30,000 associates as CarMax continues to be recognized as one of the FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For®. Lynn is originally from Schererville, IN and earned her BS in Management from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. She currently lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband Jeff and two daughters, Morgan and Madison. Lynn also serves as the Chair of the Board for the Children’s Museum of Richmond.
